I am a girl who loves: Art (painting, drawing), Environmental Research (Botany, gardening), Music (singing) and Food (cooking) as my passion and hobbies.
 
About my Life
I was born in America in 1987 and lived there with my parents for 5 years. I came to Colombia with my family, grew up, and have lived most of my life there. So I’ve been able to observe a beautiful and contrasting and unpredictable culture. I studied primary school in Bilingual traditional schools and high school in a Montessori school.

UNAICHU
As a teenager I went to the country side to follow what was in a succession of events a new project created by my father (Educational Foundation UNAICHU) as a family enterprise a scientific and structured project for every culture, with the purpose of helping Communities. An non formal education (20% theorical, 80% practical), based on your talents and dreams; a sustainable or eco-agriculture  farms; an internal economy based in exchange of goods (fruits, vegetables, horse seats, etc.) “sintrales”; a system of community participation in every decision of the project in which every opinion counts; a new alternative for community problems solving “bridges of peace”. These between other micro projects within UNAICHU as alternative options towards a peaceful community and equally prosper life.
We had positive results: some of the people who participated are now studying their dreamed careers and work in their farms, moving forward with their lives.
And the contrary: Personal difficulties within our family and economical situations. Which unable us to continue with UNAICHU project leaving it in a stand by.

We came back to the city and moved forward. I finished my high school in an Institute and earned my diplomas.

Holland
After 1 Year I met my husband, and 4 years later after graduating from College in Colombia, I came to Holland to start a life together. I’ve been living now for almost one year here in Holland. And I’m in this moment following a Dutch course.

About my Art
I started drawing since my five years. At my 8 years I drew what I found nice from the books and was very good at it. When I was 12, I had a short 4 week course going only on Saturdays for oil paint and learned the basics. In Montessori high school I did drawings and paintings in art class, and people liked very much what I did. My favourite materials were vinyl paints and soft pastel chalks. During college due to studies and work, I only did drawing and painting for fun.

Now that I’m living in Holland I’m exploring painting with acrylics and find them great to work with. 

I decided to publish my art in this website because, I enjoy painting, it’s a way for me to express and transform my emotions into something positive, creative and amazing. Also my husband, family and friends encouraged me to take this decision. Personally I choose to share this with you because I love doing my hobby.
